I realised 'learning' presented itself in many shapes and forms - sharing, media exposure, observation of others - and many times it happens in the least expected, most minute, insignificant daily settings. What can we say, we LOVE THE SUN, SEA & (..if we could) SURF! #LifeIsABeach. With a lil' bit of luck and A WHOLE LOAD OF HARD WORK, we got involved in sports about 10 years ago and now have access to a pool of passionate athletes - swimmers, triathletes, cyclists, runners, duathletes etc. They are of various age groups (between 5-y/o and 60-y/o) who compete at state to international level competitions and races such as Asian Championships, Ironman, International Marathons, Open Water Swim and SEA Games; then there are those who sweat it all out just for the love of an active lifestyle!
